π Uploading & Scanning Supplier Sheets

Uploading supplier sheets is the foundation of your ASIN sourcing workflow in Source Correct.
This feature allows you to import supplier .csv files and convert them into structured product data β enabling ASIN matching, pricing analysis, purchase order creation, and long-term cost tracking. Unlike traditional tools that stop at UPC scans, Source Correct builds a full audit trail between your catalog, POs, and shipments.
π Step-by-Step Instructions
β Step 1: Access the Supplier Sheet Uploader

From the left sidebar, click Supplier Sheets

Click the Upload Supplier Sheet button (top-right corner)
β Step 2: Select or Create a Supplier
Youβll be prompted to connect your file to a supplier:
Option A β Add New Supplier

Click Add New +

Input:

Supplier Name
-
Supplier Initials (used internally to mask name from team members)

Click Save Data
Option B β Select Existing Supplier

Choose from the dropdown

Drag and drop your
.csvfile or use the file picker -
Click Upload
β Step 3: Map Your Columns
If the supplier has been uploaded before, Source Correct will auto-map headers. You can override or manually match columns using dropdowns.
Common Fields:

| UPC / EAN (Button) | Select if your column contains UPCs or EANs |
| Item Number | Internal supplier SKU |
| Brand | Manufacturer or brand |
| Description | Product name or descriptor |
| Product Size | e.g., 12 oz, 10-pack |
| Price Type | Pricing structure (Each, Dozen, Case, or Column Specific) |
| Price Type Column | Use when price types vary row-by-row |
| Case Size | Units per case |
| Price | Cost per case, dozen, or each (based on Price Type) |
| Discount | Optional % or $ discount |
| Supplier Quantity | Available inventory (units or cases) |
| Custom 1 / 2 / 3 | Flexible fields (e.g., expiration dates, alt SKUs, internal tags) |

Once your columns are mapped, click Save

Check for errors before submitting
